  • Return policy

If the item has any physical damage (outer) that is due to shipping, unfortunately we have no control over that. However if you suspect something is wrong with the interior of our product we will send out a new order or issue a refund after assessing and confirming from our end that it's up to par for a return/refund (photo or video proof will be asked).

  • I want to cancel my order

All customers have 12 hours after their purchase to cancel their order because when you place your order it has processed in our system and we immediately start the fulfilment process. if you cancel your order within 12 hours with an email at [email protected] your purchase will 100% be refunded and transferred back into your account within 24-48 hours.

  • How long does shipping take?

1-3 business days. Please make sure the address you put in is correct because we are not responsible if we ship it out to the wrong address!
