Cloud 9 is a stunning clear gloss with pastel rainbow cloud decors. This gloss is cotton candy scented. Gloss tubes are 10ml (so thick and huge) and made from glass. Our glosses are non-sticky, hydrating and have a thick wand applicator to give you better coverage and easier application. Glosses are vegan and cruelty-free.
